Variants of Coffee

1.      Espresso
espresso is very thick and is made by spraying very hot water under high pressure into the coffee so distinctive coffee flavor more pronounced. Itself is a mean espresso coffee.
2.      Latte
Latte or Caffè latte which in Italian means is coffee milk. Latte is espresso or coffee mixed with milk and has a thin layer of foam on top. In the U.S., a combination of espresso latte comprises one-third and two-thirds of hot milk, so it feels more milk than a cappuccino. 
3.      Cappuchino
Cappuccino is a typical Italian beverage made ​​from espresso and milk. Different cappuccino with latte machiato, which consisted mostly of milk and a little foam. Article on the treatment of diabetes

A. Definition

Diabetes mellitus, DM (Greek: διαβαίνειν, diabaínein, translucent or shower water) (Latin: mellitus, sweet taste), also known in Indonesia by the term diabetes is a metabolic disorder caused by many factors, such as chronic hyperglycemia with simtoma and impaired metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, as a result of:
}  deficiency of insulin secretion, insulin activity, or both.
}  glucose transporter deficiency or both.

B. Classification

The World Health Organization (WHO) classifies forms of diabetes mellitus based care and simtoma:
}  Type 1 diabetes, which includes simtoma ketoacidosis until the destruction of beta cells in the pancreas that caused or led to autoimmunity, and are idiopathic. Diabetes mellitus with unclear pathogenesis, such as cystic fibrosis or mitochondrial deficiencies, not included in this classification.
}  Type 2 diabetes, which is caused by a deficiency of insulin secretion, is often accompanied by insulin resistance syndrome
}  Gestational diabetes, which includes gestational impaired glucose tolerance, GIGT and gestational diabetes mellitus, GDM. diabetes mellitus that occurs only during pregnancy and recover after childbirth
}  C. Causes of Diabetes
}  Causes of type 1 diabetes
}  In type 1 diabetes, your immune system, which normally function to fight bacteria or even viruses attacking the hormone insulin. This condition makes you lack or no insulin. Rather than be delivered into the cells, sugar will accumulate in the blood stream.
}  Causes of type 2 diabetes
}  In the prediabetes condition - which can lead to type 2 diabetes - and type 2 diabetes, cells become resistant to the hormone insulin. This causes the pancreas is unable to produce enough insulin. Instead of flowing into the cell, the sugar will accumulate in the blood.

}  Risk factors for type 1 diabetes
Although the exact cause of type 1 diabetes is not known, heredity may influence. Another possible factor is affected by viral diseases.

}  Risk factors for type 2 diabetes
a. Fat. The more fat in your body tissue, the higher the resistance to insulin.
b. Passive behavior. Passive behavior will make the body burn fat. Physical activity will help control it and more and more use of glucose for energy, the more sensitive your cells to glucose.
c. Heredity. Diabetes risk comes from family history, if you have close relatives with diabetes, beware if diabetes could also happen to you.
d. Age. Risk increases with age where physical activity tends to decline.

Here are the good fruits for diabetics to regulate blood sugar levels in the body:

1. Kiwi
One of the best fruits for diabetics is the kiwi. Kiwis can lower blood sugar levels in the body

2. Cherries
Cherries have high levels of glycemic index of 20 and sometimes less than that because it can vary. This is a healthy fruit for diabetics to regulate blood levels.

3. Guava
Fruit Guava controls diabetes and is also good for constipation. Guava is high in Vitamin A, Vitamin C and fiber. However, this fruit has a fairly low GI.

4. berries
If you are a diabetic patient, you can choose one of your favorite fruit, berries, such as strawberries or raspberries. Patients with diabetes can eat fruit to keep their sugar levels.

5. apple
Apples contain lots of antioxidants, which help reduce cholesterol levels. This fruit also cleanse the digestive system, boost the immune system and provide a lot of nutrients to the body.

6. Pineapple
The fruit is good for diabetics. Pineapple beneficial to the body because they have anti-viral and anti-inflammatory good for diabetic patients.

7. pears
If you are a diabetic patient, pear is a fruit that is good for you. Beside rich in vitamins and fiber, pears also helps regulate blood levels in the body.

8. papaya
Papaya fruit is good for diabetics because they are rich in vitamins and minerals.

9. orange
Fruit juice is the best fruit for diabetics. The fruit can be consumed every day by patients because they are rich in vitamin C. This helps in boosting the immune system.

10. watermelon
Watermelon is very low glycemic index, which makes them good for diabetic patients. However, make sure that you eat this fruit in limited quantities or not excessive.

11. Pomegranate
Red pomegranates good for diabetics because it helps improve blood sugar levels in the body

12. Jackfruit
Jackfruit is a fruit which is good for diabetic patients. This helps improve insulin resistance in the body. Jackfruit also contains vitamin C and vitamin A.
